Key Responsibilities Professionals in this role may contribute to: Digital Asset Management & File Organization • Review creative workflow scenarios involving asset versioning, file naming conventions, metadata requirements, folder structures, and taxonomy-based tagging, • Evaluate DAM tagging, file organization, and naming outputs against defined standards and source materials, • Support structured review of file trees, asset libraries, version histories, and content organization workflows, • Review production coordination scenarios involving creative intake, owner routing, handoff packets, task assignment, and workflow documentation, • Evaluate creative briefs, routing flows, production trackers, and handoff materials against defined requirements, • Support structured review of project coordination materials using tools such as Asana, Monday, Airtable, Figma, or similar systems, • Review localization workflow scenarios involving string lists, locale requirements, glossaries, vendor handoffs, and translation review materials, • Evaluate localization specifications against defined glossary terms, required fields, and documented language requirements, • Support structured review of content operations materials, localization packets, and production documentation Strong candidates may have: • 3+ years of experience in creative operations, design production, content operations, digital asset management, localization coordination, brand operations, or related creative workflow roles, • Experience with one or more areas such as DAM administration, creative intake routing, asset versioning, file naming systems, production handoffs, Figma file management, content workflows, or localization coordination, • Familiarity with tools such as Bynder, Frontify, Brandfolder, Asana, Monday, Airtable, Figma, Google Drive, Dropbox, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar creative operations systems, • Comfort reading and preparing creative operations artifacts such as briefs, routing flows, file trees, localization specs, handoff packets, production trackers, and taxonomy documentation, • Strong written communication skills and ability to explain creative workflow decisions clearly, • A degree or professional background in design production, creative operations, marketing, communications, media production, localization, project coordination, or a related field is helpful, • Experience administering DAM systems such as Bynder, Frontify, Brandfolder, Canto, Aprimo, or similar platforms, • Experience with creative workflow tools such as Asana, Monday, Airtable, Jira, Trello, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud, • Familiarity with localization vendor coordination, glossary management, string lists, locale specifications, or translation review workflows, • Experience preparing or reviewing creative briefs, production trackers, handoff packets, asset taxonomies, or file organization systems, • Apply creative operations and asset management expertise to structured remote project work, • Contribute to high-quality creative workflow review, production coordination, and localization documentation, • Work on flexible, project-based assignments aligned with your professional background, • Use your creative operations judgment in a focused, detail-oriented consulting environment, • Independent contractor role, • Fully remote with flexible scheduling, • Part-time commitment depending on project availability, • Competitive rates between $55–$80 per hour depending on expertise, • Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise, • Projects may be extended, shortened, or adjusted depending on scope and performance This opportunity is available through 24-MAG LLC. Selected professionals will apply their language expertise to review scripted or semi-structured calls, evaluate speech quality, complete transcription tasks, follow detailed scoring guidelines, and support accurate, consistent multilingual review workflows.
