The Scribe duties that may be assigned to the RN include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) Accompanying Provider into the patient examination room and accurately documenting the Provider’s encounter with the patient, including HIP, ROS, Physical Assessment, Education, Lab Orders, Radiology Orders, Assessment/Plan, Billing, and Meaningful Use.
