Job DescriptionDescription: Overview: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Duties: • Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival, • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, • Assist in coordinating seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover, • Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station, • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests, • Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary, • Assist with other duties as assigned Requirements: Qualifications: • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred, • Familiarity with Tabit POS or similar restaurant POS systems is a plus, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, • Professional demeanor and positive attitude, • Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
