Head of Human Resources – Operations We are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Head of Human Resources – Operations to lead HR delivery across multiple high-volume manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the consistent execution of HR processes that directly support daily plant operations, workforce stability, and production performance. This is not a purely strategic role — it is a high-impact operational leadership position focused on driving results across recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, training, and talent pipeline development. Position Overview The Head of HR – Operations will lead HR execution across multiple production units (5) on one campus, ensuring alignment with business needs while maintaining compliance, workforce efficiency, and operational continuity. This individual will partner closely with plant leadership to ensure HR processes are effectively supporting production goals and workforce requirements. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Compliance • Ensure consistent execution of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all production units, • Provide guidance to plant leadership on attendance, performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace conduct, • Lead recruitment execution across technical, professional, and production roles, • Oversee recruitment teams and ensure pipelines support ongoing plant staffing needs, • Oversee HR Managers supporting multiple production facilities, • Ensure strong execution of employee relations, attendance management, and workforce stability initiatives, • Lead training initiatives including onboarding, safety, technical skill development, and leadership programs, • Build and sustain external talent pipelines through partnerships with technical schools, universities, and industry networks, • Oversee payroll coordination to ensure accuracy and timeliness, • Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, • Track and drive performance across key workforce metrics including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, training completion, and pipeline readiness This role supports multiple manufacturing operations, including: • High Frequency Welded (HFW) Pipe Production, • Spiral Welded Pipe Manufacturing, • Maintain appropriate staffing levels across all production units, • Ensure consistent enforcement of HR policies and procedures, • Drive payroll accuracy and operational efficiency, • Implement structured training and workforce development programs, • Build sustainable talent pipelines for future workforce needs, • Resolve employee relations matters effectively and efficiently, • Time-to-fill and recruitment efficiency, • Plant staffing levels and vacancy rates, • Voluntary turnover and retention, • Absenteeism and attendance trends, • Employee relations case resolution time, • Payroll accuracy and timeliness, • Training completion and workforce capability development, • Talent pipeline strength and internal promotion rates This role will lead and support: • Recruitment Manager – Technical Hiring, • Recruitment Manager – Production Hiring, • HR Managers supporting multiple production units, • Training & Development Manager, • Payroll Coordination
