Job Title: CNC Machine Operator Location: Little Rock, AR Job Type: Full-Time Pay Range:$15 - $25 p/h Overview: Join our team as a CNC Machine Operator and unleash your skills in fabricating precision parts that shape our world! As you tend to the cutting, shaping, and bending of structural plates, youll play a pivotal role in our operations. Your attention to detail and expertise will ensure top-quality production while prioritizing safety at every turn. CNC Machine Operator Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Programs CNC machine to determine machine adjustments and material requirements. These CNC Machines include Burn Table, Angle/Beam Line, Wheel-a-brator and Coper. Load CAD draws CNC programs with job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements. Observe machine operation to detect defects or machine malfunction. Load and unload structural steel from machine with overhead crane. Remove burs from parts. Clear scrap shavings and debris from machine when required. Package parts for delivery or pick up. The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required. CNC Machine Operator Qualifications: High school education or equivalent. Minimum of three months related experience and/or training. Ability to read and understand detailed shop drawings. Ability to perform basic math functions. Good oral/written communication skills. Basic computer skills.
