As a Senior Project Director, you lead complex, insurance-driven reconstruction projects end to end, owning scope, schedule, budget, quality, and the customer experience while setting the pace and standard for execution across the market. What You Do You lead complex, insurance-driven reconstruction projects from assignment through closeout, balancing customer experience, production execution, and financial performance. You partner with estimators, project accounting, field leadership, internal trades, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes safely, on schedule, and on budget. You are successful in this role by: • Leading End-to-End Project Execution, • Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer outcomes across multiple concurrent reconstruction projects, • Align internal teams and subcontractors on sequencing, milestones, inspections, and deliverables, • Driving Customer Communication and Stakeholder Alignment, • Serve as the primary point of contact, setting expectations early and providing consistent, proactive updates, • Resolve issues quickly and professionally to maintain trust and momentum, • Managing Scope, Change, and Documentation, • Identify scope gaps early and drive supplements and change orders with clear documentation and approvals, • Maintain accurate job files, photos, and project updates to support operational execution and financial recovery, • Delivering Financial Results, • Build and manage budgets in DASH, tracking job costs in real time to protect margin and profitability, • Review and approve subcontractor bids, agreements, and invoices to ensure scope alignment and cost control, • Closing Jobs Cleanly, • Drive punch list completion, secure customer sign-off, and ensure closeout documentation and billing are completed accurately What You Bring This role requires a leader who can run complex projects with urgency, discipline, and strong customer instincts while maintaining financial control.
