Job Description Looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to build and produce prototype pieces and designs. Must have experience in programming with Fusion 360 and MasterCAM We are seeking a skilled CNC machinist to support tooling, prototypes, and short production runs for new pieces and designs. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys complex work, development, and machining with a variety of materials, including plastics, aluminum, steel, carbon fiber, and non-traditional materials. You will work closely with engineers and composite technicians to produce molds, tooling, prototypes, and parts while maintaining high quality standards. Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience with CNC programming and operation., • Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and MasterCAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) programming tools., • Experience with CNC machines such as HAAS, Mori, and Fadal., • Use of quality tools and blueprints., • Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T principles, and mechanical drawings., • Use of multiple tools and tool changes throughout the day., • Ability to interpret technical instructions accurately while maintaining high attention to detail., • Basic math skills necessary for calculations related to machining tolerances and dimensions, • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, tooling setups, forklifts, and other manufacturing machinery safely., • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills., • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions., • Willingness to learn and grow within the CNC industry., • Strong work ethic, communication skills, and multitasking ability., • Ability to follow all safety protocols.
