Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician reports to the Property Manager under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and performs general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment units and other property facilities are in good working order. Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of vacant apartments to a market-ready status. Job Description RMS is seeking a skilled and experienced Inspector to ensure the quality and reliability of customer-supplied bearings and associated components. This role requires a keen attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively within the team and with customers. The Inspector will have a strong mechanical aptitude, an attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
