Job DescriptionDescription: Purpose Drive operational excellence across multiple regions by ensuring branch-level technical execution, safety compliance, route completion, and service quality meet CERTUS standards. Provide field-based leadership that combines deep technical expertise with strong people, process, and performance management to support profitable growth, customer satisfaction, and consistent operational consistency. Key Contributions • Lead and oversee branch operations across assigned regions, ensuring service delivery complies with legal, regulatory, quality, and safety standards., • Monitor and manage technical performance indicators including field inspections, training, vehicle inspections, safety reporting, and quality assurance., • Execute strategic operational plans to improve profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction across supported regions., • Train, coach, and develop field leaders to enhance capability, alignment, and performance while driving a customer-centric culture., • Partner with market leadership to align technical initiatives with company goals in growth, retention, and profitability., • Lead technical aspects of M&A activity including due diligence, close, and post-close integration., • Represent CERTUS as a technical spokesperson at industry conferences and share best practices with the field. Success Metrics • Achieve =95% route completion at the branch level through effective oversight and field execution., • Maintain 98%+ accuracy on field and vehicle inspections, audit readiness, and licensing compliance., • Improve or maintain customer satisfaction benchmarks across assigned regions through consistent technical service delivery., • Ensure 100% completion of required field training, safety training, and ongoing technical development for team members., • Reduce safety incidents year-over-year through proactive coaching, reporting oversight, and maintaining a safety-first culture. Capabilities & Strengths • Operational Leadership & Accountability: Holds branch leaders accountable for performance, quality, and service standards while driving consistent execution and measurable results., • Strategic Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Able to resolve complex operational, technical, and compliance challenges in a fast-paced environment., • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience., • 10+ years of leadership experience in a service industry, including P&L responsibility and field operations oversight., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile platforms, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • ACE Certification., • Experience representing an organization at industry conferences or leading multi-state field operations., • Prior involvement in M&A technical integration, due diligence, or operational reviews.
