A Day in the Life You’ll start your day reviewing routes, syncing with your manager, and planning your strategy. Then you’ll head into the field—visiting neighborhoods where fiber is ready or coming soon. In greenfield areas, you’ll be the first friendly face sharing IdeaTek’s story. In brownfield, your job is to follow up, reconnect, and reignite interest. You’ll log interactions, make follow-up calls or texts, and track leads in the CRM.
