The duties for this position include running the restaurant and addressing problems and fixes as they arise. You will coach and mentor staff that is not meeting standards and advise the GM of staff that aren't taking to coaching. You will also address customer complaints or inquiries in a quick, kind manner. Responsibilities: • Operational Management: You will be responsible for closing the restaurant, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively., • Staff Development: You will train and mentor new team members, assigning duties and providing guidance to ensure they meet our standards of excellence., • Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally is paramount. Ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied is of top priority., • Compliance: You will ensure that the restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff., • Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels and notifying the General Manager to replenish supplies as necessary to avoid disruptions to service., • Financial Accountability: Maintaining cash drawer accuracy and implementing measures to minimize costs while maximizing profitability.
