About the Role You'll join a well-established, collaborative medical team providing comprehensive primary care across two clinic locations in Alpine and Campo, CA. The practice is structured, well-supported, and built for physicians who want to do meaningful work in an underserved community. • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM | Thursday evening clinic until 6:00PM, • Patient volume: 16 patients/day with monetary productivity incentive, • Scope: All ages, full-spectrum Family Medicine including basic women's health (PAPs, IUD insertion/removal), • MAT program in place (Suboxone), • No pain management — referred out, • EHR: NexGen with AI Bridge and Dragon Dictation, • Onsite pharmacy with clinical pharmacist, • Government vehicle incentive available Support Structure You won't be doing this alone. You'll have dedicated MAs, RNs, a referrals team, HIM team, billing and coding team, and a front desk team that handles all scheduling. Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $233,332 - $320,607 annually DOE, • $30,000 Sign-On Bonus, • $5,000 Relocation Assistance, • HRSA Score 17 — NHSC Loan Repayment Eligible, • Health Insurance: 32 plan options through FEHB, • Dental: PPO and DHMO options, • Vision coverage, • 403(b) Retirement with 4% employer match through Mutual of America, • Employer-paid life insurance ($45,000), • 13 paid holidays + paid birthday, • PTO starting at 23 days, increasing with tenure, • 5 paid CME days (after 90-day probation), • $2,000/year CME allowance, • Employer-paid licenses: medical license, DEA, CPR, BLS, PALS, ACLS Requirements • MD or DO degree, • Board Certified in Family Medicine, • California medical license — unrestricted, • DEA registration — unrestricted, • No malpractice claims, • Minimum 2 years community-based primary care experience, • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available) This search is active and moving quickly with a target start date of July 1, 2026.
