A Registered Pharmacy Technician plays a key role in bringing this to life- To assist the pharmacist in the preparation, perform activities related to the repackaging and compounding, filling, and delivery of medications, and other tasks associated with dispensing in a manner developmentally appropriate for the ages of patients served (0-adult). The Leader We Are Looking For This is not a position for someone whose experience has primarily consisted of maintaining an established operation. We are looking for someone who has scaled one. The ideal candidate has operated inside a large, complex, high-volume pharmacy, healthcare, pharmaceutical, fulfillment, manufacturing or similarly regulated organization and understands what fundamentally changes when a company moves from entrepreneurial growth into true enterprise scale. You understand that scaling is not simply about adding more people. It requires better systems, stronger managers, smarter automation, clearer accountability, disciplined capacity planning, better data and an operating model capable of producing consistently at substantially greater volume. Own SOPs for sourcing, vendor qualification, purchasing, receiving, warehousing, inventory, and forecasting activities., • Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of ERP, inventory Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred., • Minimum 10 years of supply chain, procurement, or sourcing experience in a pharmacy, 503A/503B compounding, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or other FDA-regulated environment, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams., • Proven track record sourcing active pharmaceutical ingredients and excipients and leading an approved vendor program, • Demonstrated experience selecting, implementing, and optimizing ERP, warehouse management (WMS), and procurement systems, such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or comparable platforms, to support procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and supply chain reporting., • Experience overseeing procurement, inventory control, and warehouse/receiving operations, preferably in a pharmacy or FDA-regulated environment., • Demonstrated success building supply chain strategy, managing budgets, and delivering measurable cost savings and service improvements., • Deep experience with demand forecasting, inventory planning, S&OP, and supply chain analytics., • Strong working knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, <800>, cGMP, FDA, DEA, and DSCSA requirements as they relate to purchasing and materials., • Experience selecting, implementing, or optimizing ERP/inventory management systems; advanced Excel skills preferred., • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP), CPSM, or Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred., • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
