Job DescriptionDescription: Do you have at least two years of experience as a PT and are looking for a lead management role where you can make a difference as a clinician and a mentor? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team. The Lead PT will oversee patient care, mentor staff, and ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence. This role is crucial in enhancing patient outcomes and fostering a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, including history taking, physical assessments, and functional evaluations., • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient-specific goals., • Therapeutic Interventions: Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education., • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and self-management techniques to enhance recovery and promote long-term health., • Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and resource for team physical therapists, PT assistants, and interns, providing guidance and support in clinical practice and professional development.
