Job Description Our Mission: To empower individuals with behavioral health conditions, substance use disorders, and/or developmental disabilities to achieve the lives of their choosing in the community. Title: Clinician/Therapist Supervisor: VP of Clinical Excellence Summary of Job Duties: This position will provide individual therapy (DBT, Recovery, Trauma Empowerment, and other EBTs as clinically indicated) and group therapy (general, DBT Skills, Recovery Awareness, SMART Recovery, Harm Reduction, and others as assigned), maintaining exceptional clinical documentation per company quality indicators. Will perform pre-admission assessments, participate and collaborate in program treatment team meetings, as well as weekly group supervision case consultation with the national team, monthly program group supervision, and individual supervision as assigned. Will support members in navigating the therapeutic community and treatment milieu while working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary treatment team to help members achieve strong clinical outcomes. Responsible for maintaining tailored, person-centered program Treatment and Transition Plans that support member growth and change in measurable outcomes, making needed updates to the care plan based on noted admission contingencies and emerging member treatment needs. Specific Responsibilities: • Provide required number of individual and group therapy sessions based on program service description and levels of care, • Provide family therapy sessions or family meetings when clinically indicated, • Provide backup coverage for co-clinicians in program as needed (and other programs when assigned to meet company needs), • Conduct minimum number of Pre-Admission Assessments required weekly, maintaining available calendar slots per company guidelines, • Responsible for maintaining and updating person-centered, tailored program Treatment and Transition Plan for assigned members., • Complete timely clinical documentation compliant with company requirements and aligned with identified quality indicators, • Facilitate Big Team meetings per the program schedule, • Actively present and participate in other regular team meetings (mini team, shift exchange), weekly regional sync up meetings, case consultation, monthly clinical supervision, and other meetings as required, • Participate in MCO Reviews as needed, • Implementation and provision of ongoing DBT Skills and other therapeutic/clinical education and coaching with the interdisciplinary treatment team as needed to ensure culturally responsible and highly efficacious member care, • Complete all required clinical documentation, assessments, treatment plans, safety plans, PAAs, BPS, and other treatment documents as assigned per company guidelines, • Exhibit a clear and comprehensive understanding of Project Transition core values, mission, program description, and member support levels, • Consult and confer with other providers for assigned members within PT and at other agencies as needed, • Remain up to date with all assigned Relias trainings, • Obtain needed CEs to maintain clinical licensure; unlicensed clinicians should be seeking full clinical licensure, • Be available for consultation to program staff during crisis situations during off hours as needed, • Follow the Employee Manual and all company P&Ps, process maps, and performance guidelines including but not limited to timely submission of coverage plans should planned time off be requested, • Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements: • This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs. An essential function of this role involves the application of physical restraint techniques in emergency situations to prevent immediate harm to the Members or others, requiring specific training in crisis de-escalation and proper restraint methods, along with detailed incident reporting as per facility policy and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications • Possesses a clinical license in the state of employment as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist (PsyD., Ph.D.). We will consider license eligible. Desired minimum of 3 years of experience in providing comprehensive care for individuals who have multi-diagnostic psychiatric and co-occurring substance use disorders (as well as IDD/ASD diagnoses) in a residential setting preferred, • Ability and interest in collaborating with a multi-disciplinary Team consisting of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, community directors, case managers, social workers, peer support specialists, residential advisors, other clinicians, and the regional and senior leadership teams, • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills, • Strong sense of teamwork and mentoring highly desired, including ability to work with leadership and extended team remotely, • Must possess a valid, non-commercial driver's license with a clean driving record and have the ability to operate company vehicles in accordance with safety regulations, • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment with many competing demands, • 2 years minimum of direct clinical experience, • Ability to collaborate and work well with others and independently, • Motivated individual with strong work ethic and ability to multi-task, • Must be a self-initiator, • Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain HIPAA compliant, • Must give minimum of 4 weeks notice for resignation For all Full-Time Employees our benefit package includes: • Paid Time Off, • Health Insurance available within 60 days of hire, • Company Paid Life Insurance, • STD/LTD, • Dental Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • Health Spending Accounts, • Able to participate in company 401K after 6 months of hire
