Our services include parent education classes, Foster Care, Parents As Teachers, Behavioral Health, and Nurse-Family partnership programs Job Summary: The Clinical Supervisor provides administrative and clinical oversight to a team of Therapists, Care Coordinators, Team Lead, and Therapist II within the Behavioral Health program. Responsibilities include managing referral flow, capacity, productivity, clinical outcomes, quality of care, and compliance. This role fosters collaboration with adolescent behavioral health medical professionals, supervisors, the director, and the executive team. The Clinical Supervisor implements trauma-informed, evidence-based, family-centered practices, addressing the unique needs of youth and families with complex medical, developmental, behavioral health, dual-diagnosis, and/or child safety concerns. This is a full-time position with a primary focus on staff support and a secondary responsibility for a therapy caseload. Essential Duties: • Provides/supervises the delivery of culturally appropriate and trauma-informed services., • Provides supervision and leadership to teams of therapists and/or Care Coordinators., • Ensures that clinical services are delivered in accordance with organization, licensing, credentialing, and contract requirements., • Provides oversight of compliance and documentation review and/or signoff for Care Coordinators and Masters or Associate level Therapists., • Provides excellent customer service and timely communication to team members and clients., • Collaborates with the Quality Team to develop procedures that promote efficiency, teamwork, and quality client care., • Works in collaboration with the out-of-home team and external community agencies in developing clinically appropriate care for youth in higher levels of care., • Follows organization protocol, interviews, and selects candidates to fill open positions in partnership with other Clinical Supervisors and Director of Clinical Operations., • Assists in the monitoring and execution of continuous improvement plans for staff and the behavioral health program., • Participates in disciplinary proceedings, supervision, and evaluations, and makes recommendations for employee terminations., • Ensures that appropriate staff assignments are made to carry out all program needs in the area., • Ensures proper data reporting in a timely manner and evaluates data to ensure services are of high quality., • Ensures encounter and other data are submitted in a timely manner and reports are accurate and comprehensive., • Implements approved budgets and adjusts accordingly to adhere to budget requirements., • Participates in quality management, human resources, admissions, and financial activities as directed., • Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders., • Delivers support and services to clients., • Provides regular supervision to assigned therapists., • Staffs cases and provides clinical guidance., • Develops treatment protocols, including evidence-based practices., • Ensures adherence to treatment protocols. Required Education/Experience/Skills/Abilities: • Master's degree in behavioral health related field from an accredited college or university., • Licensed as an Independent Practitioner in Arizona., • May be required to work on call shifts as needed., • Minimum of three (3) year's experience in clinical supervision., • Will be required to travel for network meetings., • Must have good verbal and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, visitors, and coworkers., • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language., • Ability to read, comprehend and interpret complex information., • Proficient use of Excel to track data., • Ability to manage multiple tasks and supervise various professional and para-professional staff., • Knowledge of Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) covered services and guidelines preferred., • Experience in treatment planning and maintaining clinical records., • Must be able to meet training and organization requirements for the position., • Must foster an environment that is solution-focused, dedicated, and compassionate to support the organization's mission, values, and strategic direction., • Must exhibit a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, valuing diverse perspectives and encouraging contributions from all team members., • Must possess or be able to qualify for and maintain a valid Arizona department of public safety level one fingerprint clearance card., • Occasional to moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 25 lbs.)., • Must drive on behalf of the organization and/or transport clients, • 3 Year Motor Vehicle Report must be provided.
