Learn more at . About the Role The Fertility Care Medical Assistant is a vital role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. We are seeking compassionate, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Fertility Care Medical Assistant, you will assist with procedures, provide education, and support the multidisciplinary team, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care at every step of their path to parenthood. We are seeking a Fertility Care Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Seattle Reproductive Medicine. This is a full-time, onsite role with opportunities at multiple clinic locations: * Bellevue: 7:15 AM – 3:45 PM * Kirkland: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM * Seattle: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Positions include a variety of daytime shift schedules, up to 2 holidays per year, and 2–3 on-call weekend shifts annually. Key Responsibilities • Greet and check-in patients, verify medical history, and update patient information., • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments., • Perform basic diagnostic tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections., • Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are properly stocked and available., • Accurately document patient information and maintain electronic medical records (EMR)., • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals., • Educate patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and preventive care measures., • Ensure a safe and organized environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards., • Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering., • Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service., • Education & Licensure:, • High school diploma or equivalent required., • Completion of a Medical Assistant program and an active WA state license., • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification., • Experience & Skills:, • Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred., • Strong phlebotomy skills preferred., • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment., • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills., • Flexibility:, • Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
