Job Description About Us The Hudson Med Spa is a physician-led aesthetic practice dedicated to the beauty of balance — blending medical precision with artistry to deliver natural, confidence-building results. Led by a double-board-certified plastic surgeon, The Hudson provides injectable, laser, skin-health, and wellness treatments in a luxury, medically supervised setting. We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate has an artistic eye, a strong foundation in aesthetic medicine, and a patient-centered approach that reflects our brand’s timeless, natural aesthetic. Responsibilities • Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRF, and other aesthetic injectables., • Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals., • Evaluate and treat medical weight-loss patients, including prescription management., • Administer IV therapy, wellness injections, and skin-tightening or microneedling procedures., • Educate patients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and maintenance plans., • Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems (Zenoti/Nextech)., • Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, stocked, and compliant with safety and infection-control standards., • Recommend skincare and complementary services to optimize results., • Participate in ongoing trainings, educational workshops, and professional development., • Support brand initiatives by contributing to photoshoots, events, and marketing content as a clinical expert. Qualifications • Current New Jersey Physician Assistant License (required)., • 5+ years of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or medical spa setting (required)., • Proven expertise in neurotoxin and dermal filler injections., • Strong understanding of facial anatomy and natural aesthetic balance., • BLS/ACLS certification (required)., • Exceptional communication and patient-education skills., • Comfortable working in a collaborative, luxury medical spa environment., • Proficient with EMR systems and treatment documentation.
