Job Description Overview The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in driving organizational success by managing and delivering complex, cross‑functional projects from inception to completion. This position focuses on collaboration, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement, leveraging deep organizational knowledge and strong project management skills to foster innovation and achieve results. The Senior Project Manager partners closely with stakeholders at all levels, and all functions to lead change initiatives, and deliver impactful outcomes. Approximately 50%+ of this role will focus on supporting acquisition integration efforts, working cross‑functionally with assigned workstreams (e.g., Operations, Sales, Technology, HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth, timely, and effective post‑acquisition integration. This includes driving milestone tracking, managing risks, supporting execution accountability, and enabling clear communication across teams. The ongoing functional focus of this role will be on sales‑related initiatives that support growth, workflow and process improvement, KPIs, team development, and enhanced broker engagement. Key Responsibilities Acquisition Integration • Serve as the project manager for assigned acquisition integration workstreams., • Develop and manage integration project plans, including milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies., • Coordinate cross‑functional execution to ensure integration tasks are completed on schedule with clear accountability., • Facilitate regular workstream meetings, status updates, and issue resolution discussions., • Identify and escalate risks, gaps, and interdependencies that may impact integration outcomes., • Partner with functional leaders to support smooth operational transitions and ensure alignment to Day 1, Day 30, Day 90+, and long‑term integration goals., • Drive integration reporting and communication to ensure leadership has visibility into progress, challenges, and critical decisions., • Work with leaders to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities., • Create, implement, and execute sales strategies to achieve specific business objectives., • Define project scope, goals, objectives, and deliverables with cross‑departmental stakeholders, ensuring buy‑in at all levels., • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to drive successful outcomes., • Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets., • Identify and resolve complex issues and roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle., • Serve as a key partner to functional teams and leadership, providing data‑driven and experience‑based recommendations that support growth goals., • Lead ideation sessions with stakeholders to identify and prioritize new opportunities and initiatives., • Act as a catalyst for change by aligning projects with corporate objectives and long‑term growth targets., • Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements and present actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness., • Facilitate strong relationships and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders., • Develop and deliver progress reports, presentations, and insights to ensure transparency and alignment at all stages of the project lifecycle., • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns as they arise. Project Management: Strong ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects; skilled in timelines, milestones, risks, and execution management. • Integration Experience: Experience supporting acquisition or large‑scale integration projects is highly desired., • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Proven success working with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Technology, HR, and Finance teams., • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to simplify complex information and engage senior leaders., • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations., • Change Management: Experience driving adoption, supporting process improvements, and facilitating organizational change., • Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or sales systems is a plus. Compensation • Annual Salary Range*: $97,200 - $129,600 per year, • Actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education, and/or skill level., • The hourly or salary range is the range Warner Pacific in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
