Job DescriptionPharmaceutical Manufacturing Company Urgently Hiring 2nd Shift Sterilization Technicians to Start ASAP Career opportunity with opportunity for growth! Looking for SANITATION WORKERS to join their team. Location: Parsippany, NJ Pay: $25/hour ; Overtime: $37.50/hour Shift: 3pm-11:30pm (Monday-Friday) Responsibilities • Perform full sanitization of classified cleanroom areas and equipment to maintain aseptic conditions and regulatory compliance., • Assist management in coordinating sanitization activities to ensure efficient, timely, and smooth daily operations., • Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and sanitization inventory to ensure sufficient materials are available for routine and non‑routine cleaning tasks., • Carry out surface sanitization of materials entering the cleanroom, including restocking PPE and gowning supplies as needed., • Coordinate with external departments to ensure safety showers and eye wash stations are inspected, maintained, and sanitized according to requirements., • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance sanitization processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency., • Participate in in‑process inspections and quality control checks to verify the integrity of product quality and cleanliness., • Complete all applicable logs, batch records, and related documentation accurately and legibly, following cGMP and Good Documentation Practices., • Comply with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements of the Quality System and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)., • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Production, to troubleshoot issues, resolve deviations, and maintain compliance., • Cleanroom experience in Grades A, C, and D environments., • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)., • Proficiency in aseptic gowning and adherence to cleanroom protocols., • Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech cleanroom manufacturing, production, or packaging support., • Demonstrated ability to perform sanitization of classified areas and equipment in a regulated environment., • Ability to interpret SOPs, work instructions, and equipment alarms and apply them in daily operations., • Ability to collaborate effectively with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Maintenance, and production personnel., • Ability to work in PPE, including a full‑face tight‑fitting respirator, as required., • High school diploma or equivalent education.
