Job Description We are seeking a hands-on Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager to lead and actively participate in daily support operations across 101VOICE and ITMC.net. This is not a purely managerial role. The NOC Manager will work directly alongside the team, handling escalations, troubleshooting complex issues, and engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat. Support tickets span telecom, UCaaS, networking, security, and managed IT services, requiring both technical depth and operational leadership. Shop Maintenance and Organization • Clean and organize the shop regularly, returning tools and equipment to their proper locations., • Maintain inventory of tools and supplies, reporting shortages to the Shop Manager., • Ensure all safety devices and emergency shutdown procedures are functioning and accessible., • Support compliance with company policies and safety protocols. Administrative Support • Maintain accurate records for all services, repairs, and incidents related to vehicles and equipment., • Complete documentation such as work orders, preventative maintenance logs, checklists, and supply requisitions., • Assist with organizing and filing fleet paperwork to ensure completeness and accessibility., • Communicate updates to the team regarding changes or improvements in procedures. Other Responsibilities • Contribute to creating a culture of safety by staying current with best practices and reporting unsafe conditions., • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge., • Take initiative in identifying process improvements and finding ways to improve efficiency., • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds., • Comfortable twisting, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and climbing on equipment., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment., • Capable of working independently and as part of a team., • Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tools and equipment., • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or during emergencies., • Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and inventory management. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in land surveying to gain hands-on experience and develop their technical skills. Your responsibilities will include: • Geometric calculations and plotting (cross-sections, profiles, etc.), • Routine hydraulics calculations, • Site grading calculations and plotting, • Computer and CAD systems usage, • Research/data collection from public agencies, • Prepare construction staking calculations by reading plans and interpreting CAD files., • Create mapping deliverables including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, plats, and legal descriptions., • Post-processing field data collected via Total Station, GPS, levels, 3D laser scanners, and unmanned aerial systems., • Currently enrolled in a B.S. program in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited curriculum or equivalent, • 1–2 years of academic coursework in civil engineering and/or internship experience, • Strong communication skills, • Team-oriented mindset, • Basic understanding of Surveying and/or Geomatics, • Ability to follow technical direction and collaborate effectively, • Familiarity with CAD software and hydraulic modeling tools (preferred) Work Conditions: Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds at a low or moderate level consistent with an office setting.
