This role oversees daily operations, clinical performance, staffing, and compliance across multiple facilities aligning with Rendevor’s mission and G.R.E.A.T values. The Area Manager serves as the primary liaison between Rendevor leadership, clinical teams, and partner facilities – driving outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across assigned area. Minimum Qualifications: Education & Licensure: • Registered Nurse (RN) license required., • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing or healthcare related field preferred., • Ability to travel frequently and adjust schedule as needed., • 5+ years of dialysis experience with at least 2 years in a nursing leadership or supervisory capacity., • Prior experience managing dialysis services in the post-acute or skilled nursing setting strongly preferred., • Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary clinical teams., • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills., • In-depth understanding of CMS, AAMI, OSHA, CDC, and state regulatory requirements for ESRD and SNF dialysis programs., • Ability to analyze performance data and implement corrective action plans, • Clinical quality outcomes above national benchmarks., • Client satisfaction and retention., • Employee engagement and retention., • Provide direct leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight for clinical staff across assigned post-acute dialysis programs, • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, • Ensure adequate staffing coverage across all facilities, coordinating PRN and full-time resources; provide direct clinical support only when contingency plans fail, • Provide patient care when needed to ensure continuity of care for all Rendevor Dialysis patients, • Work directly with Clinical Services to establish a clinical compliance and quality culture as a strategic, competitive advantage, • Identify critical risk areas and work with Clinical Services to mitigate risk through education, training, policy development, and audit monitoring systems, • Maintain oversight of all clinical audits. Audits include but are not limited to infection control, water, contract compliance, regulatory compliance, teammate files, patient files, • Lead Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities; monitor metrics, identify trends, implement corrective action plans, and monitor outcomes, • Conduct monthly clinical audits of patient charts, infection control practices, water logs, and treatment documentation to ensure compliance with CMS Conditions for Coverage and state ESRD regulations. Including water logs, AAMI testing, disinfection records, and clinical documentation for compliance, • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-performing staff. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, coaching, and performance evaluations, with a focus on performance improvement and professional growth plans, • Ensure all dialysis care delivered within assigned facilities meets Rendevor’s quality standards and regulatory requirements, • Partner with nephrologists and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes and care transitions, • Lead Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities; monitor metrics, identify trends, implement corrective actions, and monitor outcomes, • Facilitate ongoing staff training and competency validation in collaboration with the Clinical Quality & Compliance Department, • Serve as primary clinical and operational point of contact for client facility leadership., • Ensure service excellence, proactive communication, and resolution of issues impacting patient care or client satisfaction, • Support contract adherence and identify opportunities for service improvement or expansion within existing accounts, • Execute company initiatives and new facility launches in coordination with Operations, Supply Chain, Biomedical, and IT teams, • Support workflow standardization, process efficiency, and compliance with documentation and billing requirements, • Collaborate with finance and billing teams to ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation supporting compliant claims submission, • Monitor adherence to all federal, state, and company policies governing dialysis operations while upholding ethical standards consistent with Rendevor Dialysis’ Code of Conduct and regulatory expectations, • Identify and address potential compliance risks through proactive education, process review, and corrective actions, • Participate in investigations, audits, and remediation plans as required, • Participate in interdisciplinary and corporate committees as assigned, • Perform other duties as assigned to support Rendevor’s mission and operational goals, • Contribute to policy development, standardization, and best practice implementation This job operates both remotely and in clinical dialysis environments within skilled nursing facilities. Regular travel is required to support multiple dialysis programs across assigned regions.
