Job Summary: The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving and executing the company’s creative and marketing strategy across both internal and external platforms. This multi-faceted role blends graphic design, brand development, digital marketing, and strategic content creation. As a team of one, this position serves as both the hands-on designer and the strategic voice behind RPO’s brand presence — overseeing visual identity, outbound marketing, e-commerce support, internal communications, and website experience. The role works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging, brand consistency, and mission-aligned marketing support. You Will: Creative & Brand Leadership • Develop and execute branded creative content including brochures, sales collateral, packaging, and trade show materials., • Serve as the visual brand steward across all media — digital, print, and internal channels., • Lead the development and design of RPO’s internal publications, signage, and recruitment campaigns. Digital & Web Management • Manage RPO’s website design, layout, and content updates (HTML/CSS proficiency preferred), • Ensure alignment between web presence, marketing strategy, and user experience., • Support RPO’s growing e-commerce platform with graphic, content, and campaign direction., • Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates and bounce rates using CRM analytic tools to identify growth opportunities., • Stay informed on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing technologies, web design tools, and analytics platforms to ensure best-in-class strategies and performance. Outbound Marketing & Social Media • Build, write, and design outbound marketing campaigns, social media content, and blog posts., • Execute direct marketing and lead-generation strategies in collaboration with Business Development and Sales., • Analyze content performance to refine messaging and engagement efforts. Trade Show & Event Support • Lead the visual and logistical execution of trade shows and special events, including booth design, signage, and follow-up campaigns., • Coordinate with Business Development and executive staff to ensure high-value presence at strategic events. Cross-Functional (internal) Collaboration • Act as the point person for internal communication initiatives, including employee announcements and newsletters., • Collaborate with technical, sales, and HR teams to support recruitment, product marketing, events, and strategic initiatives. You Have: • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field., • 7–10 years of relevant experience preferred; exceptional portfolios will be considered in lieu of time-in-role., • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), • Experience with HTML/CSS and website content management tools. (e.g., WordPress), • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms. (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), • Strong visual design, copywriting, and editorial skills., • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision., • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work across departments, • Prior experience supporting marketing for manufacturing, defense, or technology organizations preferred. • Experience with tradeshow and event planning & logistics., • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously., • Excellent communication and collaboration skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
