Coordinates pre-operative work up activities for assigned patients to reduce surgical delays/ cancellations. The Chief Inspector is accountable for quality assurance, supplier/vendor oversight, and training, while also maintaining strict adherence to the company's FAA Repair Station/Quality Control Manual, FAA-approved Training Program Manual, and Operations Manual. Additionally, the Chief Inspector is responsible for notifying the Accountable Manager of any regulatory changes and holds the final authority for returning aircraft to service, including the completion of all necessary documentation to meet FAA requirements.
