Essential Job Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities, as well as their environment and activities of daily living (ADLs), • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, incorporating hand therapy and neurological rehabilitation techniques, • Educate patients and their caretakers on effective strategies for managing symptoms and improving outcomes, • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care, • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes, • Occupational Therapy License - National registration and CA state licensure are REQUIRED., • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hand therapy and neurological conditions, including SCI, TBI, HA, CVA, MS, PD, • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, particularly of the upper extremity, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continued education, • CPR/First aid certification required, • Medical, Dental, Vision and Life/AD&D benefit options, • 401(k) Retirement Program with Company Match, • Vacation and Holiday Pay, • Sick Pay (in accordance with State and City law), • Mentorship and annual Continued Education allowance, • Opportunities for leadership, marketing, and team building, • Free Fit Societe gym membership $36.00-$55.00 Hourly (commensurate with prior experience as a licensed therapist) NOTE: FLSA status will transition from hourly non-exempt to salaried exempt following 90 days of employment, provided the criteria outlined in California's salaried exempt regulations is fulfilled.
