As a Clinical Partner, you will take ownership of each patient’s experience—from the first consultation through every treatment and follow-up. Our nurses: • See the whole patient, not just the procedure., • Advocate for safety, comfort, and long-term outcomes., • Understand that success is measured not only in results, but also in relationships, consistency, and follow-through., • Conduct and document skincare consultations; create and maintain individualized skincare regimens and treatment plans., • Prepare, support, and educate patients before, during, and after treatments; ensure comfort and understanding throughout their experience., • Anticipate provider needs and proactively manage patient flow to maintain schedule efficiency., • Review and research patient charts prior to visits to understand history, goals, and prior treatments., • Use clinical judgment to guide warm, informed pre-treatment conversations and help patients feel ready for recommendations., • Serve as a clinical resource—able to answer questions about procedures, products, and expected outcomes confidently and accurately., • Provide pre- and post-care education customized to each patient; perform follow-up calls or emails with professionalism and empathy., • Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, inventory, and equipment per OSHA and practice standards., • Uphold documentation accuracy and chart completion within the same business day., • Support ongoing patient engagement by writing thoughtful, personalized follow-up communication., • Research new skincare products, technologies, and treatment protocols to keep the practice at the forefront of innovation., • Train and mentor non-clinical team members on treatment offerings and skincare education after company-led trainings, ensuring consistent communication, product knowledge, and an exceptional patient experience across the practice., • Collaborate with leadership on continuous improvement of patient experience, safety, and clinical quality initiatives., • Patients feel educated, supported, and valued throughout their care., • Rooms turn over seamlessly; providers are consistently on schedule., • Charts and follow-ups are complete, thorough, and timely., • Clinical recommendations align with provider philosophy and reinforce Center’s standards of care., • Communication—verbal and written—is polished, empathetic, and professional., • Licensed Registered Nurse (NYS) in good standing., • Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a hospital setting., • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in acute care, procedural, dermatology, or plastic surgery settings., • Confident clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills; able to prioritize and problem-solve in real time., • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable having nuanced aesthetic and clinical conversations., • Organized, reliable, and polished in both presentation and execution., • Genuinely enjoys connecting with patients and helping them feel their best., • Excited to learn, contribute ideas, and grow within a collaborative team environment. This role is designed as a minimum two-year commitment in the Clinical Partner capacity. Upon demonstration of clinical competence and deep understanding of the technology, there may be eligibility for device training in year one. After 24 months of strong performance—demonstrated clinical excellence, patient care quality, and team alignment—RNs may be eligible for in-house injector training with Nurse Lynn. Eligibility depends on business needs, readiness, and overall performance.
