The Opportunity At Skyways, we are developing cutting-edge autonomous aerial platforms, and our mission planner is a core component of our operational success. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to build and enhance this critical tool, blending advanced front-end development with immersive 3D visualization and direct aircraft interaction.What You'll Do: • Developing and maintaining the mission planner application, serving as the central interface for flight operations., • Implementing and optimizing 3D graphics and scene rendering for rich, interactive visualizations., • Leveraging ElectronJS to build robust desktop applications, ensuring a seamless user experience., • Establishing and managing direct communication protocols with aircraft for real-time control., • Ensuring the user interface is intuitive, highly responsive, and provides an exceptional operator experience.What You'll Bring:, • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong background in front-end development., • Proven expertise with ElectronJS at scale, demonstrating the ability to build complex desktop applications., • Experience with 3D rendering libraries such as CesiumJS, Three.js, or Babylon.js, or significant game development experience., • A deep understanding of front-end state management using libraries like React and Mobx., • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to navigate unique challenges in direct aircraft communication., • A collaborative approach, a commitment to continuous learning, and clear communication skills.Bonus Points If You Have:, • Experience with Ardupilot, MavLink, or applications for robotics., • Experience with real-time data visualization or geospatial data., • Familiarity with aerospace concepts or flight operations.

The Material Planner will be required to work collaboratively with Engineering and Manufacturing on a day-to-day basis to create comprehensive plans and problem-solve for Supply Chain improvements. The ideal candidate will provide direction in a fast-paced and highly dynamic production environment. This role provides a balance between production floor interaction and desk-bound computing. As a support function, this requires a flexible and helpful approach and a willingness to team cross-functionally to ensure continuous manufacturing process of our products.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing plans, coordinates scheduling and builds project details as required., • Identify material requirements, lead times and shortages for NPI to production product lines., • Collaborates with the purchasing department to evaluate and consider make/buy decisions., • Coordinates and expedites the flow of materials within internal work centers and external suppliers., • Analyses inventory and usage to determine procurement quantities and manage raw material inventories., • Develops work statements and sequencing of data driven supply chain processes through collaboration and partnership with internal business shareholders., • Reviews, maintains, and monitors ERP data integrity to continuously improve product delivery., • Ensure that procedures and work instructions are conformed to on a consistent basis., • Provides ad hoc analysis to leadership for the purpose of identifying appropriate material readiness and supply chain risks.JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, • Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in engineering/manufacturing environment., • Experience in MRP accuracy, forecasting and demand creation., • Working knowledge reading and interpreting technical drawings., • Prior experience in analyzing and interpreting technical procedures for planning functions. Including PLM to ERP data cleanliness., • Solid multi-tasking with the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
