We handle everything from traditional printing and large-format signage to custom graphics, apparel, and direct mail. Our team is growing, and were looking for a detail-oriented Production Scheduler to help keep jobs flowing smoothly from start to finish. The Role As our Production Scheduler, youll be the hub between our sales, customer service, and production teams. Your main responsibility will be to coordinate daily production schedules, manage timelines, and ensure that jobs move efficiently through the shop. Success in this role requires someone who is proactiveable to anticipate challenges, stay ahead of deadlines, and take initiative to keep projects on track. In addition to scheduling and coordination, this position is hands-on. Youll also assist with production tasks when needed to help the team meet tight deadlines and keep projects moving. Key Responsibilities • Create, update, and manage daily/weekly production schedules, • Prioritize and allocate jobs based on deadlines, resources, and equipment availability, • Communicate clearly with team members about job status, changes, or issues, • Track progress of jobs to ensure on-time delivery, • Anticipate scheduling challenges and adjust proactively, • Order and manage inventory of all production supplies, • Schedule and coordinate installers for graphics/signage jobs, • Schedule and coordinate customer deliveries for completed jobs, • Assist in production where needed to meet timelines, • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and solve problems before they arise, • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail, • Previous experience in printing, signage, or related production environment preferred, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting, • Comfortable with scheduling tools/software (well train you on our systems), • Competitive hourly pay based on experience, • Stable, full-time schedule (MondayFriday, daytime hours), • Friendly, locally owned team environment, • Health insurance offered., • Paid time off and holidays, • Simple IRA retirement plan, • Opportunities for career growth and advancement

The Project Scheduler is responsible for creating and managing production schedules, ensuring that manufacturing processes are planned efficiently and meet customer demands. This role involves coordinating with various departments to optimize resources, balance production workloads, and address any scheduling conflicts to ensure timely and cost-effective production. \n What You Will Be Doing \n Scheduling and Forecasting: \n\n • Create and maintain detailed schedules in Primavera P6 that include work orders, activities, hold points, resource allocation, and timelines for each production phase.\n, • Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules to align with customer orders and production capacity.\n, • Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure the availability of space and personnel necessary for production.\n, • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the production process and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.\n, • Implement and monitor best practices for scheduling and resource management.\n, • Serve as a liaison between production, procurement, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure alignment and timely resolution of scheduling issues.\n, • Address and resolve scheduling conflicts, production delays, and other issues that may impact delivery timelines.\n, • Prepare and maintain accurate records of production schedules and work orders.\n \n\n Your Background \n\n • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field required.\n, • Minimum of 5 years of previous Scheduling experience in the construction industry required.\n, • Must be proficient with Primavera P6. Microsoft Project and other scheduling software experience is a plus.\n, • Minimum of 2 years’ experience and proficiency in CPM Scheduling.\n, • Knowledge of construction; particularly in Shipbuilding, Mechanical, and Electrical systems a plus.\n, • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills.\n, • Must have a mature ability to lead effectively and work as part of a team.\n, • Possess substantial industry knowledge, continuous learning ability, innovative spirit, and agile problem-solving skills\n, • Have intermediate skill in handling multiple responsibilities, setting priorities, managing tasks, and overseeing several projects simultaneously.\n, • Be proficient in working under time pressure.\n, • Demonstrate working knowledge of practical project management software and spreadsheet skills; be proficient in computer operation skills.\n, • Possess good organizational skills, be detail-oriented & accurate, and demonstrate intermediate analytical skills.\n, • Ability to communicate requirements in an industrial environment.\n, • Business Development, Customer Service, and Communication skills. \n, • Competitive health insurance packages\n, • 401k matching\n
