Systems Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer Location: Grand Prairie, TX Job ID: #71604 Pay Range: $55-64 ph (W2) Duration: 12 mos Seeking a highly motivated Systems Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer to provide support in building and testing HW in labs and field tests. The candidate will provide hands on hardware in the lab support. Responsibilities include: Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems. Job Summary The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the coordination and delivery of SitelogIQ’s Commercial Markets projects, with a focus on energy and infrastructure improvements including solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV charging stations, lighting retrofits, and other facility improvement measures (FIMs). This role supports project execution through all phases—from planning and procurement through construction and commissioning—ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, safety, and quality goals. Experience managing multi-trade projects over $2M and working under or as a General Contractor is preferred. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and leadership skills, combined with a passion for sustainable, high-performance building solutions.
