About the Role:Loop is looking for a frontend-focused Senior Software Engineer. We’re seeking a passionate, driven, and collaborative engineer to join our team. As a senior contributor on our frontend platform, you’ll play a key role in shaping the shopper-facing experience that sits at the heart of Loop’s product. You’ll help establish solid architectural patterns, elevate our technical standards, and partner closely with Staff Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers to bring a scalable frontend to life. You’ll have the opportunity to deliver high-quality implementations, influence system design, and accelerate other teams through clear patterns and open collaboration. To give you an idea on what tech we are working with, here are some examples: Vue.js, PHP/Laravel, MySQL, Docker, Node.js, DynamoDB, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, AWS Cloud. For this role, we’re eager to see experience in any of the following: Vue.js, React, Angular, Ember, etc. What you’ll do: • Work closely with the front-end architect on defining all things front-end at Loop!, • Contribute to developing and maintaining the design system, working with the front-end architect to ensure consistency and helping drive adoption across the team., • Take on challenging frontend performance issues, assisting in diagnosing bottlenecks and implementing improvements., • Provide hands-on technical contributions, diving into the codebase to solve complex problems and deliver critical features with high quality., • Help improve frontend development processes and tooling, stay up to date with industry trends, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.Your experience:, • 4-5 years of professional experience working with JavaScript and modern reactive frameworks such as Vue or React (we use Vue)., • A proactive learner who stays up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies, patterns, and best practices, and applies them thoughtfully to improve the product., • Strong sense of ownership who takes responsibility for the quality, stability, and long-term maintainability of the front-end codebase., • Experience working with or contributing to design systems, component libraries, and performance optimization efforts., • A pragmatic problem-solver who can balance immediate delivery needs with long-term technical considerations, making thoughtful, data-informed decisions., • Comfort working both at a high architectural level and deep in implementation details, depending on the needs of the moment.

Job Description Scope of the Job At Soho House, the Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the beverage operation and bar team to ensure optimal staff/guest experience, budget is achieved and inventory is managed. As, the Bar Manager you will promote and grow the bar, hire and train bar staff, and ensure that members guests receive top quality drinks and service. A Bar Manager, will also manage inventory and resources, order stock, plan promotional events, ensure that quality and safety controls are followed, maintain current licenses, create schedules, ensure margin/COS are achieved and set business objectives to increase profits and maximize member / guest satisfaction. Responsible for maintaining and delivering consistent results and opportunities to increase sales. Observant and can think critically and efficiently. You should be a skilled communicator with excellent problem solving, observation, and interpersonal skills, and have a passion for all thing's beverage! Key Responsibilities • Manage a safe, productive and positive work environment by overseeing an efficient bar operation and process is followed to ensure optimal staff / guest experience and revenue generation., • Organize regular team meetings, trainings (House Tonic), educational opportunities to develop and strengthen product knowledge and steps of service while keeping communication open, concise, constructive and timely., • Partner with Procurement, Partnerships and Bars Manager (regionally / nationally) to leverage vendor relationships and enhance margins to maximize profits., • Manage, and delegate when necessary, all inventory management, staff scheduling, and purchasing. Adhere to all legal requirements (I.e. Wage and Hour/Breaks, Health and Safety, etc.) as well as schedule staff, manage labor, payroll, staff complaints and disciplinary procedures as well as performance and appraisals., • Quality control and consistency is maintained throughout menu creation, updates and seasonally influenced items are up to date, correct and staff is trained on discussing new / existing options with guests, • Responsible for Mystery Shopper Reports and staff development., • Participate as an active member of the management team in decision making processes, attending required meetings, etc., • Oversee daily/shift schedules; make any necessary changes per business need and budget., • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager., • Must have 5+ years supervising and managing a high-volume F&B operation, • Proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation, • Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented with excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills, • Must be proficient in the use of MICROS (or similar POS), Adaco (or similar Purchasing platform), Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, • Must have experience managing P&L's, supervisory, coaching and staff development experience, • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands., • Must be able to make periodical fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the property to others., • Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 20 pounds., • Must be able to occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb is required., • Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, cleaning, and stooping., • Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.
