Under general supervision, the Maintenance Technician I, will perform a variety of semi-skilled maintenance duties involving in the inspection, diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair within all CCH residential communities, while also becoming familiar with the large diversity of systems and practices within the department. Duties for this role include such tasks as work orders, general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance installation/repair, custodial functions, complete unit turnovers, etc. while always ensuring all safety and operational standards. Schedule will be finalized and additional training dates may be added and will be shared with staff by Outdoor Programs and Events Manager by mid-May., • Camp sessions are Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Friday hours will vary as needed to reset for the next camp week and staff meetings.
