We're seeking an accomplished Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic initiatives and drive excellence in decentralized finance innovation. Responsibilities: * Oversee the development and deployment of Chaos Oracles, ensuring robust and reliable data feeds that meet industry standards. * Collaborate with engineering, product, and external partners to define project scope and deliverables aligned with business objectives. * Drive cross-functional team efforts, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to achieve project milestones. * Implement quality assurance measures to maintain the integrity and accuracy of data provided by Chaos Oracles. * Identify and manage risks, developing contingency plans to address challenges in project execution. * Continuously evaluate and enhance processes, contributing to the refinement and evolution of our Chaos Oracles service. * Facilitate team meetings and cross-departmental discussions to ensure continuous alignment and collaboration. Requirements * 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role in the technology sector. * Solid understanding of blockchain technologies and experience in the DeFi space. * Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects. * Strong ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans. * Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a focus on team dynamics and collaboration. Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with Ethereum and Solana ecosystems and their associated technical stacks. * Experience with performance optimization and data integrity assurance. * Previous experience working with decentralized finance projects and a demonstrable passion for blockchain technology. * Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and building strong, collaborative relationships. * Based in United States with the ability to work remotely or from our Brooklyn office in NYC.
