Collect and record data on client behavior and progress. Engage clients in various activities to promote skill development. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in therapy delivery. COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE: Pay range: $26-$30/hour part time :15 hour/week minimum full time: 30 hour/week minimum Skills and Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician certificate Attention to detail Well organized Ability to work effectively with children and families.
