The Role: We're looking for a Junior Campaign Specialist—someone excited about digital advertising and eager to dive into the mechanics of campaign optimization. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to learn how campaigns operate end-to-end while using data to make a real impact on performance outcomes. This is a launchpad role. You'll gain broad exposure across campaign operations, data analysis, creative testing, and client strategy—giving you the foundation to discover where your strengths and interests lie. Whether you eventually gravitate toward analytics, account management, product, or deeper optimization work, this role will help you find your path. You'll work closely with experienced marketers who will mentor you as you assist with campaign setup, performance monitoring, and data-driven optimization recommendations.
