Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Growth and Product Development • Enable and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver against growth objectives., • Develop innovative products and business models addressing emerging customer needs., • Create solutions that align with customer needs and meet profitability targets., • Oversee product lifecycle from development through end-of-life., • Drive technical and customer-centric solutions to enhance market relevance., • Demonstrate ownership, collaboration, and accountability., • Embody company values (Teamwork, Curiosity, Action, Integrity, Respect)., • Drive lean product development and continuous improvement., • Manage P&L for product lines and ensure financial performance., • Lead long-term strategic planning to ensure product and portfolio success., • Support marketing and commercial teams to drive adoption and demand generation., • You lead with ownership and accountability. Required Education, Experience and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences, Marketing, Engineering, or Computer Science required; advanced degree or MBA preferred., • 5+ years in product management or a closely related discipline, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results., • Deep market and customer focus, with the ability to translate insights into successful products., • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills., • Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and analytics tools., • Strong data-driven decision-making abilities., • Willingness and ability to travel (~6 trips/year), domestic and international, • Ability to transport and set up demonstration equipment and attend trade events., • This is a collaborative in-person role, therefore being physically present and available at our Monroe location is required., • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
