Realtors excel in this role because they already know how to: • Build trust quickly with clients, • Showcase how upgrades can increase property value and marketability, • Conduct in-home design consultations using a proven, needs-based sales process, • Present remodeling solutions with digital design tools and physical samples, • Prepare and present detailed proposals using our CRM (training provided), • Guide clients through the selection process with a focus on return on investment and home value enhancement, • Collaborate with the installation team for seamless project delivery, • Licensed Realtors, real estate agents, or those with residential sales experience, • Professionals who understand home staging, curb appeal, and value-boosting renovations, • Self-motivated with strong communication and presentation skills, • Organized, tech-savvy, and CRM-capable, • Professional appearance, reliable transportation, and valid drivers license, • 12 pre-qualified homeowner appointments daily (we book them for you), • Conduct engaging, solution-focused consultations in the clients home, • Present proposals, close deals, and collect deposits, • Attend occasional trade shows and real estate community events, • Maintain contact with past clients for repeat and referral business, • Receive ongoing training, ride-alongs, and weekly check-ins
