VP of Sales Pay: $75,000–$90,000 per year Job Type: Full-time, salaried Work Location: In person Las Vegas, Nevada Position Overview An established, high-performing Las Vegas real estate organization is conducting a search for a VP of Sales. We are looking for an experienced real estate professional who is passionate about teaching, coaching, and helping agents grow. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who leads with patience, encouragement, accountability, and consistency. This position will work closely with agents at different stages of their careers, helping them strengthen their sales skills, improve their daily habits, create effective business plans, and achieve their production goals. The right person will know how to inspire others while maintaining clear expectations and high performance standards. Regular in-office attendance is required. The role will also include field training with agents throughout the Las Vegas area. Key Responsibilities Agent Coaching and Development • Coach agents on prospecting, lead conversion, client communication, presentations, negotiations, contracts, and business development., • Conduct individual and group coaching sessions, training workshops, role-playing exercises, and skill-building activities., • Provide hands-on field training by accompanying agents during real-world sales activities, observing their performance, and offering practical feedback., • Help agents establish production goals and create measurable action plans., • Monitor agent activity, pipelines, progress, and performance., • Hold agents accountable through regular coaching conversations and follow-up., • Identify individual strengths and opportunities for improvement., • Support both new and experienced agents throughout their professional development., • Create an environment where agents feel comfortable asking questions, learning from mistakes, and developing their skills., • Recognize progress and reinforce productive habits and behaviors. Sales Leadership • Lead sales-development initiatives and help improve overall team production., • Review sales activity, conversion rates, pipelines, and performance trends., • Develop strategies to strengthen lead follow-up, appointment setting, conversion, and client retention., • Provide guidance on challenging sales situations, contracts, and negotiations., • Inspire agents to maintain consistent daily habits and high professional standards., • Lead by example and model the preparation, communication, consistency, and follow-through expected from agents., • Collaborate with leadership to establish sales goals and measure progress., • Identify performance gaps and implement coaching or accountability plans. Onboarding and Training • Manage the onboarding and orientation process for new agents., • Train agents on company systems, procedures, tools, resources, and performance expectations., • Coordinate and facilitate ongoing training sessions and workshops., • Maintain and improve training materials, scripts, checklists, and educational resources., • Ensure agents are properly equipped to use team systems and resources., • Provide continued guidance after onboarding to help agents successfully transition into production. Agent Support and Team Operations • Serve as a primary resource for agent questions related to sales, contracts, systems, and procedures., • Ensure policies, expectations, systems, and performance standards are communicated and applied consistently., • Collaborate with leadership to identify organizational needs and implement improvements., • Maintain open and consistent communication with agents and leadership., • Help resolve challenges before they interfere with agent performance or client service., • Foster a positive culture where agents feel informed, supported, equipped, and accountable., • Provide operational and administrative guidance to agents and team leaders when needed. Required Qualifications • Active Nevada Salesperson or Broker-Salesperson real estate license, • Current Las Vegas REALTORS® MLS access, • Current continuing-education requirements and MLS dues, • At least two years of real estate sales experience, • Previous experience coaching, training, mentoring, or managing real estate agents, • Strong knowledge of Nevada real estate practices, contracts, transactions, and documentation requirements, • Proficiency with Las Vegas REALTORS® contracts and forms, • Ability to teach complex information in a clear, practical, and encouraging manner, • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills, • Ability to inspire others while maintaining accountability and performance standards, • Strong organizational and time-management skills, • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, • Proficiency with real estate CRMs, MLS platforms, and transaction-management systems, • Experience with Follow Up Boss, LVR MLS, and TransactionDesk, • Working knowledge of the Las Vegas real estate market, • Professional, dependable, proactive, and team-oriented work style, • Solution-focused mindset, • Openness to feedback and commitment to continued professional development, • Warm and professional demeanor, including during high-pressure situations, • Servant-leadership mindset with a genuine desire to help agents succeed, • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality, • Ability and willingness to conduct field training throughout the Las Vegas area Preferred Qualifications • Previous real estate sales leadership or management experience, • Demonstrated success coaching agents and improving sales performance, • Experience developing training programs, accountability systems, and sales processes, • Experience working within a high-producing real estate organization Schedule and Availability • This is a full-time, salaried leadership position., • Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., • Regular evening, after-hours, and weekend work is required to support agents, conduct training, respond to time-sensitive matters, and meet business needs., • Candidates must be comfortable working a flexible schedule based on agent activity, field-training needs, training schedules, and company priorities. Work Environment • This is not a remote or hybrid position., • Regular in-office attendance at the company’s Las Vegas office is required., • The position also requires field training and in-person coaching with agents at locations throughout the Las Vegas area. The salary offered will be based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, leadership ability, and demonstrated coaching and sales background.
