Compensation: $160,000+ at plan earnings Responsibilities: • Learn to generate new business through conversations, follow-up, and relationship building, • Attend daily coaching sessions to build confidence and productive habits, • Grow and maintain a long-term client database using proven systems, • Show properties, host open houses, and support clients through their home search, • Learn to conduct buyer and seller consultations with professionalism and clarity, • Use office systems and tools to track activity, goals, and results, • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn real-world strategies that open escrows, • Stay consistent with training, accountability check-ins, and office participation Qualifications: • Active real estate license or currently enrolled in pre-licensing coursework, • Strong desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in real estate, • Coachable mindset with willingness to follow proven systems and structure, • A license is required in order to earn commissions, • Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and through text or email, • Comfortable building relationships and engaging in business, generating conversations, • Ability to stay consistent with training, prospecting, and daily routines, • Self-motivated with a commitment to personal responsibility and follow-through, • Team-oriented attitude with appreciation for collaboration and shared success About Company Keller Williams Whittier is one of the most productive real estate offices in the area, offering a collaborative and growth-minded environment where new and experienced agents can learn to grow through coaching, training, accountability, and proven business models built for long-term success.
