Responsibilities include: Contacting assigned leads Explaining final expense life insurance options clearly and ethically Completing applications accurately Maintaining consistent communication with your manager Building long-term relationships in your assigned market Working toward weekly and monthly production goals Who We Are Looking For This role is best suited for individuals who are self-driven, coachable, and comfortable speaking with people. Ideal candidates may have experience in: Insurance sales Final expense sales Medicare or senior market sales Home services sales Automotive sales Real estate Security, solar, pest control, or similar direct sales roles Customer service or relationship-based sales Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required. Training is available for the right candidate. Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to pass a background check Must hold or be willing to obtain a life insurance license Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be willing to work in an assigned Kentucky or Indiana territory Must be coachable and willing to follow a proven sales system Reliable transportation is preferred for field appointments Compensation This is a performance-based sales opportunity. Agents are compensated through commissions, with renewal income and bonus opportunities available based on production and qualification.
