Job Description We are hiring a Director of Sales to lead, coach, and support our sales team while maintaining the high standards that define our brand. This is a full-time leadership role focused on accountability, performance, and agent development. The Director of Sales will work closely with our leadership team to ensure agents are clear on expectations, supported in their growth, and consistently perform at a high level. This role is ideal for someone who is calm, confident, and experienced in leading sales professionals without relying on pressure or hype. In addition to leading and coaching the sales team, the Director of Sales will play a key role in recruiting and developing sales talent. This position is responsible for attracting the right agents to the team and building a consistent recruiting process that supports long-term growth. Position Details • Position Type: Full-Time, W2 employee, • Location: Palm Harbor, FL (in-office and local market involvement required), • Schedule: Monday through Friday, with flexibility as needed to support the sales team, • Compensation: Base salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 + Performance-Based Bonuses tied to team growth, agent success, and recruiting outcomes This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role within a respected, established real estate business where quality matters. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Responsibilities: • Lead sales agent recruiting efforts by developing and managing a proactive recruiting pipeline and supporting new agents' onboarding, • Lead and support the sales team through consistent coaching and accountability, • Set and monitor performance expectations, goals, and sales metrics, • Conduct regular sales meetings and one-on-one performance check-ins, • Coach agents on sales skills, communication, and conversion strategies, • Address performance challenges directly and professionally, • Partner with leadership to improve sales systems and processes, • Maintain alignment between sales performance, culture, and client experienceQualifications:, • Proven experience leading or managing a sales team, • Strong coaching and accountability skills, • Ability to lead experienced professionals with confidence and respect, • Clear, direct, and professional communication style, • Strong organizational and follow-through skills, • Comfort working closely with ownership and leadership, • Ability to remain calm, objective, and solutions-focused under pressureAbout Company Kathy Congdon Homes SOLD Team is a well-established, high-performing real estate team based in Palm Harbor, Florida.
