Job Description Barback: Duties are to assist the bartender and, at times, servers to ensure prompt service to our guests. Vantage Rooftop Bartenders will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to all guests that is consistent and continually in accordance with Marriott's Tribute Portfolio Standards.
