Job Description SUMMARY: Performs assigned duties that protect and ensure the safety and dignity of residents. Works together with the Wellness Coordinator to ensure that resident care goals are being met. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform position specific job duties at an acceptable level.
