About the role We’re now hiring for two evening Studio Hosts at our Bushwick location. These roles will be the on-site face of Pirate, ensuring the studios run safely, smoothly, and professionally. You’ll greet customers, check bookings, maintain the site to standard, and provide a calm, confident presence. RESPONSIBILITIES The Video Producer / Editor will create high-quality, accessible video content across educational, promotional, and storytelling projects. This role will execute post-production from rough cut through final delivery, including editing, audio mixing, color correction, motion graphics, captions, and versioned exports for web, LMS, social, and fundraising use. Working closely with the Learning Producer, the Video Producer / Editor helps translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories, while maintaining ECF’s brand standards and accessibility requirements. The role will also support studio and on-location production as needed and maintain organized project files, media archives, and delivery timelines.
