As a Talent Acquisition Partner with Orion180, you’ll be at the heart of our hiring strategy to attract, engage, and onboard top-tier talent. What You’ll Do: Redefine Recruitment: Develop creative strategies to attract exceptional talent that is hard working, competitive, and results driven. Know your Product: Quickly learn and articulate Orion180’s mission, culture, and priorities. Build Connections: Source and connect with high performers, showcasing our company and mission, network at recruiting events, and partner with universities and industry groups to create a robust talent pipeline. Orchestrate the Hiring Journey: Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and selecting top candidates with precision and care. Drive Impactful Metrics: Meet aggressive time-to-fill and quality of hire goals while ensuring a first-class candidate experience. What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree preferred., • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience sourcing professional-level talent., • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency., • Outgoing, collaborative, and dedicated team player with professional maturity, resilience, and perseverance., • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders and candidates., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook., • Prior use of ATS platforms such as ADP or Rippling for candidate management, scheduling, etc., • Hands-on experience leveraging AI technologies to optimize recruiting workflows such as resume screening, chatbots, predictive analytics, and talent mapping., • Punctual, proactive, and results-driven with a demonstrable track record of delivering under tight deadlines.
