We are hiring for one Full-Time and one Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) to stabilize clinical standards, deliver injections and longevity care, and drive education-led plan adoption (memberships, continuity of care). This is an early-seat role with a stable hourly base, incentive upside, and a consult-led model that rewards education, retention, and ethical conversion, with added emphasis on longevity services (HRT/BHRT, peptides, weight loss, IV therapy). About The Marque Longevity Lab The Marque Longevity Lab is the relaunch of an established Jacksonville clinic under the same ownership, now operating under a new brand built to deliver a more tailored client experience. We blend medical aesthetics and applied wellness with stronger systems and a premium, client-first environment. Our approach is consultation-led and education-first, with a focus on outcomes and long-term retention. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join the launch team and help shape culture, client experience, and day-to-day execution as we grow. What You’ll Do We are looking for an Aesthetic Injector / Aesthetic NO/PA to deliver care across two core service categories in a consult-led, education-first setting: Longevity Services • HRT / BHRT, • Peptides, • Medical weight loss, • IV therapy Aesthetic Injections • Neuromodulators (tox), • Dermal fillers, • Biostimulators You Will • As an aesthetic injector / aesthetic NP/PA, you will conduct patient consults end-to-end, translating education into clear treatment plans and memberships., • Perform injections independently (day 1)., • Support and grow longevity programs under protocol with remote Medical Director oversight., • Drive retention, rebooking, and ethical conversion through education, not pressure-based selling., • Help establish consistent, brand-ready clinical standards during relaunch. Requirements Must-Have • Active Florida NP or PA license in good standing., • Hands-on, independent injection experience including tox (neuromodulators), and filler., • Consult-led practice style with strong documentation habits; aligned to on-site Jacksonville work with Wed evening and Sat-by-appointment availability as needed., • Longevity prescribing/management exposure under protocol (HRT, Peptides, and Weight Loss). Nice-To-Have • Vendor familiarity (Allergan, Galderma, Crown, and/or Evolus) and comfort operating in a relaunch/build environment.
