Position Description: We are looking for an Entry Level Engineer to join our ICE Team to improve infrastructure in our Dallas/Fort Worth office. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, and 0 to 6 years of experience in designing natural gas projects. Familiarity with MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and CADWorks preferred. The candidate must also be self-motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule available after 30 days of employment. Typical responsibilities include: • Design various natural gas transmission and distribution projects, including pipeline, meter stations, and other facilities, • Prepare design reports and construction plans using client, local, state or other applicable standards., • Coordinate preparation of specifications and permit submittals, • Prepare preliminary project cost estimates and evaluate quantities, • Document design changes and communications, • Conduct on-site observations as needed, • Prepare project status and other reports, • Assist in the preparation of proposals, • Assist Project Managers as needed, • Attend client, public, project and staff meetings including client progress, plan review, pre-construction, etc., • Attend seminars and/or training classes, • Maintain excellent client relations, • Maintain a safe working environmentEducation:, • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering requiredSkills/Experience:, • Zero to six years of experience designing natural gas projects, • Familiarity with MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and CADWorks is preferred About Wade Trim: Wade Trim is committed to maximizing the value of infrastructure investments.
