Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customer inquiries and sales opportunities., • Build rapport with clients and identify their needs to offer appropriate solutions., • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics., • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions., • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy., • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction., • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company offerings. The Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated and should possess the below qualities: Qualifications • Must be 18 years or older., • High school diploma or equivalent., • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Ability to type 20+ words per minute accurately., • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)., • Familiarity with Windows operating systems., • Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance., • Skilled in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation., • Customer-focused mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive., • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment., • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, technical support, or administrative roles in a contact center., • Previous experience in state or federal work environments.
