    Job Title: Executive Assistant to Multi-Business Owner (Pharmacy, Healthcare, Billing) Location: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid - In-Person & Remote) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a dynamic entrepreneur who owns and operates multiple businesses in the healthcare space—including pharmacies, MRI centers, DME suppliers, no-fault clinics, and medical billing companies. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role ideal for someone who thrives in managing chaos, keeping things moving, and ensuring tasks are completed with precision.
