About the Role: Are you ready to elevate your career? If so, we are looking for a Branch General Manager for our Miami, FL location. In this role, you will manage the profitability of your assigned territory from revenue to profitability across your client and customer base. You will directly manage all operations personnel and will work in close collaboration with the sales team in your territory to deliver excellent service and help close new client business. You will have full branch P&L responsibility and will direct the staff in the areas of service, warehouse/delivery, branch operations and client profitability. As the senior leader in your branch, you will serve as the single point of customer contact and accountability for issue resolution. What you’ll do: • Coordinate daily activities of warehouse and field operations employees (service, installation, & collection) either directly, through departmental supervisors, or regional partners, • Spend 20% - 40% of time in the field observing, coaching, and developing employees and/or attending client meetings with sales partners, • Drive execution and consistent process discipline with field operations personnel regarding all operations activities, and adherence to established standards, • Responsible for developing customer relationships, resolving concerns, and working with sales partners to assist with winning new business, • Develop and retain a talented and customer-focused team through goal setting and training employees on processes and procedures, • Full P&L responsibility, including developing and implementing plan for efficient use of branch resources, • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and replacement, as well as enforcement of company safe driving policy, • Reinforce culture of safety and ensure all employees are working in a manner that is compliant with our safety standards, • Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with WASH’s policies and applicable laws What we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred; or 6‐10 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Management courses and seminars a plus, • Experience managing a multi-million-dollar operation in a service-based business preferred, • Some management experience leading a remote workforce preferred, • Experience working with P&Ls and financial reports, • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
