What You'll Do (Your Impact): • Drive Transactional Success: You'll be instrumental in the creation, meticulous review, and proactive follow-up of all critical documentation, including Lease Agreements, Loan Agreements, Conditional Sales Contracts, Sale and Assignments, and Program and Agency Agreements, ensuring the smooth flow of business., • Ensure Funding Precision: You'll meticulously prepare and review funding packages, validating pricing, documentation accuracy, completeness, pass-throughs, discount accounting, and any applicable holdbacks, directly contributing to financial integrity., • Optimize Processes & Mitigate Risk: You'll be empowered to review and refine existing processes and procedures, championing best practices in document management, legal coordination, and vendor service levels. This includes managing UCC searches and clearing intervening liens to safeguard our interests., • Facilitate Business Growth: You'll serve as a crucial daily interface with our Sales, Credit, and Finance teams, collaborating to achieve ambitious volume goals and ensuring client satisfaction. Your positive interactions with Vendors and End-Users will be key., • Champion Operational Efficiency: You'll manage crucial elements like the delayed funding tickler, ensuring timely remittances, and act as the go-to liaison for resolving discrepancies with the back office., • Manage the Contract Lifecycle: You'll handle the full spectrum of post-funding changes and manage vital annual renewals for UCC and Insurance, maintaining a high level of organizational control., • Contribute to Strategic Initiatives: You'll actively participate in new program and product reviews, ensuring our department consistently exceeds customer expectations, and play a role in audits and compliance projects, upholding our rigorous standards. Qualifications • Education & Development: BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred. JD or Paralegal degree is a plus., • Expertise in Secured Lending: You possess a strong foundation with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in secured lending, demonstrating a deep understanding of lease and loan documentation requirements and nuanced substitution language., • Command of Commercial Law: A solid grasp of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is essential. You stay current with Article 9 changes and issues, and you are proficient in UCC filings and amendments, including inventory filings., • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in cross-functional environments, with demonstrated experience working effectively with vendors, external customers, and remote sales teams., • Analytical & Problem-Solving Prowess: You are an effective decision-maker and problem-solver, with strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills., • Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Your written and verbal communication is clear and effective. You build strong partnerships and are a true team player., • Proactive & Driven Mindset: You are a self-starter who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment. You excel at prioritizing and managing your workload in a dynamic, deadline-focused setting., • Customer & Vendor Focus: You are dedicated to providing excellent customer and vendor service., • Valuable Industry Insights (Preferred): Knowledge of both Industrial and High-Tech financing sectors, as well as syndications buy/sell, is highly desirable. Familiarity with titled vehicle requirements and Aircraft Finance is a significant plus., • Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook., • Bonus Skills: Experience with Leaseworks and Salesforce will set you apart. The salary range for this position will be between $90,000 - $135,000. BPCE Equipment Solutions is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, and skill set, as well as other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package, and BPCE Equipment Solutions also offers a generous benefits package.
